CASE STUDY: Increasing View Book Lifespan

The Challenge:

With the majority of the admissions journey being online these days, South Kent School was not fully convinced print marketing was worth the time and resources. View books can sometimes feel too high level and impersonal to be worth the financial investment. For this reason, South Kent School has not created a new view book in over 5 academic school years. Without print materials, South Kent School had no marketing materials during school fairs, consultant events or other admissions travel.

 

The Idea:

Blue Baden developed a concept for a view book that could be personalized based on a prospective student’s interests and passions. The view book highlighted the high level mission of South Kent School and what they offer to their students. With a folder pocket on the inside back cover, the South Kent School admissions team can add additional print materials that are program-specific. Blue Baden designed a series of one-pagers that dive deeper into the ever-expanding academic programs, co-curriculars and teams offered at South Kent School.

 

The Result:

This system provides a longer life span for the view book, as well as personalization that will keep prospective students excited and engaged.
